How to make Metemgee

  1. Peel and chop 500 g of cassava, 300 g of sweet potato, and 2 plantains into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Before starting, chop 1 onion and mince 2 garlic cloves for the recipe.
  3. In a large pot, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Sauté the chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
