- 800 g chicken
- 4 plantains
- 2 onions
- 1 bell pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 3 garlic
- 50 ml vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

How to make Poulet dg
- Cut 1 kg of chicken into pieces and season with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of chicken seasoning.
- In a large pot, heat 5 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat until shimmering, approximately 3 minutes.
- Add the seasoned chicken pieces to the pot and brown on all sides for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
- Incorporate 1 chopped onion, 2 minced garlic cloves, and 1 chopped bell pepper; sauté for 5 minutes until softened.
- Stir in 2 diced tomatoes and continue to cook for another 5 minutes until the mixture is fragrant and ingredients are combined.
- Peel and slice 3 plantains into thick pieces, then add them to the pot, stirring to combine.
- Cover the pot and let simmer for about 10-15 minutes on low heat until the plantains are tender.
- Remove from heat and let the dish rest for a few minutes before serving.
