- Sauté 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped tomato, and 1 diced green bell pepper until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add 400 g of chicken pieces to the sautéed vegetables and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
- Combine the chicken mixture with the maize porridge, stirring well until evenly combined.
- Simmer the combined dish for 15 minutes over low heat, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
- Serve hot, garnished with additional vegetables if desired, on a plate.
