Ingredients
- 500 g taro
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 4 banana leaves

- Place the taro mixture in the center of each banana leaf, making a parcel.
- Steam the wrapped parcels for about 60 minutes over boiling water until the taro is soft.
- Serve warm, allowing the creamy mixture to ooze out when unwrapped.
