Ingredients
- 800 g ground lamb
- 1 onion
- 3 garlic
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 flatbreads
- 1 fresh parsley

- Finely chop 1 onion, and 2 cloves of garlic, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Combine 800 g of ground lamb with the chopped onion and garlic in the mixing bowl.
- Add 1 tsp of red pepper flakes, 1 tsp of cumin, 1 tsp of salt, and 1/1 tsp of black pepper to the meat mixture.
- Thoroughly mix the spices into the meat, using your hands for even distribution.
- Form the meat mixture into elongated shapes on skewers, about 15 cm long.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat, ensuring it is hot before placing the kebabs.
- Grill the kebabs for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally for even cooking and to achieve a charred exterior.
- Once cooked, remove the kebabs from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve the kebabs with warm flatbreads and garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
