Ingredients
- 1200 g beef ribs
- 400 g chorizo sausage
- 800 g short ribs
- 2 tbsp salt
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 60 ml olive oil
- 200 ml chimichurri sauce
How to make Asado
- Prepare the grill for high heat, cleaning the grates thoroughly to remove any residue.
