Ingredients
- 8 brik pastry
- 200 g tuna
- 50 g capers
- 30 g parsley
- 4 eggs
- 100 ml olive oil

How to make Brik

- Carefully crack 1 egg over the filling on each pastry, so the yolk remains intact.
- Fold the pastry over the filling to form a triangle shape with a tight seal.
- Heat 100 ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Fry the brik in the hot oil for about 3-4 minutes on each side, until they turn golden brown and crispy.
- Once cooked, remove them from the skillet and place on paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve hot.
