  1. Chop 1 onion and 2 cloves of garlic, setting them aside for cooking.
  2. Peel and dice a thumb-sized piece of ginger for flavor enhancement.
  3. In a pot, combine 1 kg of chicken with 1.5 liters of water, chopped onion, ginger, and minced garlic.
  4. Bring the mixture to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes until the chicken is fully cooked.

  6. After 25 minutes, add the diced green papaya, simmering for another 10 minutes until tender.

  8. Season the soup with black pepper to taste before serving hot, ensuring flavors are well balanced.
