- 400 g white fish fillets
- 1 onion
- 300 g tomatoes
- 3 garlic
- 1 fish stock
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp salt

- Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer gently for about 15 minutes, allowing the fish to cook through and flavors to meld.
- Garnish the soup with freshly chopped parsley before serving to enhance color and flavor.
