- 600 g reindeer meat
- 50 g butter
- 2 onions
- 800 g potato
- 200 ml water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

- Cover the pan and let simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally for even cooking.
- Meanwhile, in another pot, boil 800 g of peeled and diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and serve them as a base for the sautéed reindeer meat on plates.
