Ingredients
- 250 g red lentils
- 1 onion
- 4 garlic
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 2 tbsp berbere spice
- 750 ml vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp olive oil

- Reduce the heat and let it simmer for 30 minutes until the lentils are tender, stirring occasionally.
- Season the mixture with salt and black pepper to taste, then serve warm in bowls.
