  2. Set up a breading station with 100 g of all-purpose flour, 2 beaten eggs, and 150 g of breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
  3. Coat each slice of cheese in the flour, dip it in the egg wash, and thoroughly cover with breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat 500 ml of vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F), about 5 minutes.
  5. Carefully fry the cheese slices in batches for about 3-4 minutes per side until they are golden brown.
