Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 250 g ground pork
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic
- 1 tbsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 buns

- Mix the ingredients thoroughly until the mixture is well combined without lumps.
- Form the meat mixture into 4 equal patties, each about 2 cm thick, using your hands.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat, adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil to the surface.
- Cook the patties for 5-7 minutes on one side until browned with grill marks before flipping.
- Flip the patties and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes until fully cooked through and browned.
