  1. Soak 250 g of wheat in water for at least 4 hours until softened.
  2. In a large pot, combine 1 kg of chicken, 3 liters of water, and 1 tablespoon of salt; bring to a boil over high heat.
  3. Once boiling, add the soaked wheat to the pot, reduce heat to low, and let it simmer for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
