  1. Peel and chop 800 g of sweet potatoes into chunks approximately 2 cm each.
  2. Peel and chop 3 bananas into pieces roughly the same size as the sweet potatoes.
  3. In a pot, combine the sweet potato chunks, banana pieces, and 400 ml of coconut milk.
  4. Add 600 g of chopped chicken, 1 diced onion, and 1 tablespoon of minced ginger.
  5. Season with 1 teaspoon of salt and ½ teaspoon of pepper before mixing.
  6. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 60 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  7. Check for moisture and add water if necessary to prevent drying out.
