Ingredients
- 800 g potatoes
- 400 g kale
- 300 g smoked sausage
- 50 g butter
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper

- In a separate pan, cook 300 g of smoked sausage according to the package instructions, typically about 10-15 minutes.
- Slice the cooked smoked sausage and serve it on top of the creamy stamppot for a hearty dish.
