  1. Chop 300 g of pork belly and 200 g of smoked sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop 1 onion, 1 carrot, and mince 3 cloves of garlic.
  3. In a pot, sauté the chopped onion, carrot, and minced garlic in 1 tablespoon of oil over medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.

  8. Serve topped with a dollop of sour cream and slices of crusty bread on the side.
