  1. Peel and cube approximately 1 kg of pumpkin and set aside in a bowl.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, brown 300 g of beef with 1 chopped onion and 2 minced garlic cloves for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the cubed pumpkin, 2 chopped carrots, and 2 chopped celery stalks into the pot with 1 teaspoon of thyme.
  4. Stir in 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper, mixing everything together well.
  5. Pour in 2 liters of water and bring to a boil over high heat.
  6. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and cover the pot. Let it simmer for 30 minutes.
  7. After cooking, use an immersion blender to blend the soup until smooth and creamy.
  8. Serve hot in bowls and enjoy your meal.
