  1. Cut 500 g of beef into evenly sized cubes for even cooking and season with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.
  2. In a pot, heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil over medium heat for about 1 minute.
  3. Add the beef cubes to the pot and brown them on all sides for about 10 minutes.
