Mici recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 300 g ground pork
- 5 cloves
- 100 ml water
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp mustard
How to make Mici
- In a mixing bowl, combine 300 g of ground beef and 500 g of ground pork.
- Mince 4 garlic cloves and add them to the meat mixture.
- Measure 100 ml of water and pour it into the bowl with the meat.
- Add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 2 teaspoons of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of thyme, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 tablespoon of mustard to the mixture.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined, about 3-5 minutes.
- Knead the mixture for a few minutes to ensure it is fully incorporated.
- Cover the bowl and let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Shape the rested mixture into small sausages, each about 10 cm long.
- Preheat the grill to medium heat before placing the sausages.
- Grill the mici for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally until they are cooked through and have nice grill marks.
- Serve the mici hot with mustard and slices of bread.
