Chapli kebab recipe

Ingredients
- 500 g ground beef
- 1 onion
- 1 tomato
- 30 g fresh coriander
- 2 green chili
- 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds

- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp flour
- 100 ml oil

- Finely chop 1 onion, 1 tomato, 1 green chili, and a handful of fresh coriander and set aside for mixing.
- In a large bowl, combine 500 g ground beef, chopped onion, tomato, chili, 2 tablespoons ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, 1 teaspoon salt, and ½ teaspoon black pepper.
- Add 1 beaten egg and 2 tablespoons of flour to the beef mixture, then mix thoroughly to form a uniform mixture.
- Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape each into a patty about 1.5 cm thick.
- In a pan, heat ½ cup of oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
- Carefully add the patties to the hot oil and fry for about 4-5 minutes on one side.
- Flip the patties and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove the patties from the pan and drain on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Serve the kebabs hot with naan or rice, along with your choice of chutney.
