Grilled salmon recipe

Ingredients
- 800 g beef stew meat
- 600 g potatoes
- 300 g carrots
- 2 onions
- 1000 ml beef broth
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
How to make Grilled salmon
- Cut 500 g of beef into bite-sized pieces and season with 1 tsp of salt and ½ tsp of black pepper.
- In a large pot, melt 2 tbsp of butter over medium heat, then brown the beef for about 5-7 minutes, turning frequently.
- Add 1 chopped onion and 2 diced carrots, cooking for 5 minutes until softened.
- Pour in 1 liter of beef broth, add 2 bay leaves, and bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
- Stir in 600 g of diced potatoes and cook for 30 minutes, or until all ingredients are tender.
- Remove the bay leaves from the stew once cooking is complete.
- Serve hot with crusty bread on the side.
