Shan noodles recipe

Ingredients
- 300 g rice noodles
- 400 g chicken breast
- 100 g carrots
- 100 g bean sprouts
- 60 ml soy sauce
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 3 garlic
- 4 green onions
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
How to make Shan noodles
- Soak and prepare 300 g of rice noodles according to the package instructions before starting.
- In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of peanut oil over medium heat until hot but not smoking.
- Add 3 minced garlic cloves and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add 300 g of diced chicken to the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in 100 g of sliced carrots and 150 g of bean sprouts.
- Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender and vibrant in color.
- Mix the cooked noodles into the chicken and vegetables, adding 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of fish sauce.
- Toss everything well and garnish with 2 tablespoons of sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
