  1. Peel and chop 800 g of taro into small pieces, about 2 cm in size.
  2. Boil the chopped taro in salted water for about 20 minutes, until tender.
  3. Drain the taro and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  4. Mash the taro using a fork or potato masher until smooth and creamy.
  5. Pour in 400 ml of coconut milk, mixing until well combined.
