Ingredients
- 500 g fresh fish
- 400 ml coconut milk
- 1 onion
- 2 limes
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper

- Simmer the mixture on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the fish is opaque and flaky.

- Once cooked, remove from heat and let it rest for a couple of minutes.
